Inspired by...

The 365 Grateful project I found via the Meet Me at Mikes blog. Hailey started this project by taking a Polaroid photo a day of something she was grateful for (and added a little comment about each photo). Looking at the little things each day completely transformed her life and affected those around her. It sounds like such a wonderful project to start.

Watch this little video to learn more about how she started the project and check out her Flickr to see the Polaroids she took.

People like this really inspire me. I think I will have to start some type of journal with a list of things I'm grateful for.

It makes me want to be a world changer, someone who isn't just living but really living! I don't know if that really makes much sense. There are so many things I want to do and to start and I think that today I will get moving on those goals of mine.

Do you ever see something or read or watch something that inspires you so much that you feel as though it can't be contained? You need to do something now! That's how I'm feeling at the moment.

For example, I've been going on about wanting to go to Cambodia to help out in the SHE rescue home  but haven't done anything about it. I can't go on a trip this year but I can email to show my interest for next year. And I want to help out some way from here. Even something as simple as writing little letters to the girls or making friendships bracelets to send them. I just feel I need to do something more.

So I hope you feel inspired today :)

I had a gratitude journal for a few months. It was quite a good thing to do, but I can't ever seem to stick with actually writing in a journal... :)

This has come at a great time for me. I've been feeling very disconnected from the everyday motions that I've been going through. Thank you.

PS. http://www.kikki-k.com/shop/product/gratitude-book/ I have one of these that I've been meaning to start for ages. Maybe something like this would be good for you too?

Wow what an amazing organization She Rescue Home is. It would be such an unforgettable experience. I hope you get to make it there.

Lately when I'm upset with anything, I remember to think of what I have to be grateful for, God has showered me with so many blessings. It certainly puts things into perspective. I'm more more cheerful because of it :)

What a great idea.

Knowing me I would forget to write things if I had a journal though.

I used to keep diaries years ago and read them all a few weeks ago and I had to laugh. Some of the things I had written sounded so young and naive ha ha xx

Thank you for sharing this! I used to write in a gratitude journal, but unfortunately couldn't stick with it! Now, photographing my gratitude I think I could do!

Awesome!
