Natasha's Virtual Vintage Prom
It's here Natasha's Virtual Vintage Prom. So here we go!
Here's my outfit for the prom. I've always wanted a pretty pink prom dress. Thought silver accessories would go well with it. This outfit, great music and company makes for a great time.
I couldn't help it. I had to show more lovely dresses which I had trouble deciding from. These dresses just make me want to dance!
And I want to thank Natasha for holding this virtual prom. It was fun to look for pretty dresses. As you can see I don't have my own prom dress which is why I made a little collage of my dream outfit.
Since we don't have prom's here in Australia I thought I would share some photos from my year 12 formal. It's kind of embarrassing as it shows my stomach. This is from August 2002.
This was taken at the formal venue. It was one of the professional photos, though I can't scan the original so this is a photo of a photo =p And I cropped it a bit.
Just a photo with some of my good school friends. I haven't been able to hang out with them all for ages.
This was taken at the pre party. I went with my mate Adam. The pre was held at his house.
Terrible quality photos. This was before digital cameras were normal for everyone to have. It's funny looking back on this as this was just over 5 years ago! Eep! Anyway, thanks to Natasha for holding a fun prom!
Wow love the outfit you put together! I'd almost kill for it!!!! And the runners-up are gorgeous too. Look at you with your cut away cute little number there! Only 5 years ago, funny how technology changes in such a short time. My yr 12 formal was 14 years ago, ooops that sounds bad! Thanks for joining in the fun!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit you put together. I also enjoyed seeing your grad dance pictures

Hi, I'm prom-hopping!
ReplyDeleteOo I'm so lucky I left those (too high, too small) shoes at home, now I have come over here and enjoyed your dresses.
Well, you're perhaps a bit unsecure about showing your belly in the pics but I can assure you that when time passes by you will be saying: yep that slim girl over there, yes the one with the naked tummy that's me!! I love those pictures and they will become better and better! Love LiLi M.
What a fabulous outfit you put together!! However did you choose one dress out of so many lovelies? They are all SO gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAnd what cute pictures of you in your tummy-showing outfit at your yr 12 formal! How wonderful to have such great photos of such a special night, even it they are pre-digital :)
