Hello lovely people. I trust you had a good Valentine's Day. Ours was quite good. We don't full out celebrate but keep it simple.
Jason gave me this card and wrote a sweet message inside.
I gave Jason this Love Birds card and wrote a little letter inside. I then left it on his bedside table to find in the morning. I had another card but it came too late in the mail.
Jason surprised me with this Travel journal. I wasn't expecting any gifts so this was so sweet.
"I hope this gift is helpful for planning our trip and documenting our travels" - Jason
It was even cuter because he was so excited about the present and couldn't wait to show me the pages inside.
These are the main pages inside the journal. I love it! It's the best size and it gives me space to note down my memories. When I get back from the holiday I will make a journal with photos and other little bits.
I'm so excited for our overseas adventure. So far the places we have on our itinerary are LA, San Fran, Vegas, Grand Canyon, Dallas, Tulsa, Michigan, Toronto, DC, New York and Orlando. It's going to be 5 packed weeks of travel. If you have any suggestions on places to see, things to do, shops to visit and food to eat, please let me know in the comments :)
When you get closer to the date, I will have many suggestions for San Francisco! Your trip sounds so exciting! And Jason's gift was so thoughtful. :) I hope you ate lots of chocolate, too! xoxo

ReplyDeleteIn New York you must eat from street vendors. They are notorious for delicousness! It is free to ride the Staten Island Ferry so you can take that out and back for a relaxing, romantic ride.
In Los Angeles, rent a car, get a map to the stars and drive around drooling at the amazing homes. That is so fun!
Rent a car in San Francisco too! My friend and I had a blast driving those crazy streets (and you must drive down Lombard Street).
In Las Vegas check out the Zumanity Cirque du Soleil show. It is sexy and totally fun!!!
I have not been to the other locations on your list but they are on my list of places to visit too!

That travel journal is such a wonderful gift! I always keep a journal when we go traveling but I've always used a regular notebook! Maybe I should get myself something like this! And the cards are adorable too!
