Roadtrip Adventure

Hello lovely people. I have some news that is not 100% yet but it's pretty definite and I wanted to share it because I've been thinking about it a lot.

In November this year I might be going on a girls trip to the USA with some blog friends. I've never gone on a girls trip before so this would be a great experience and adventure. And I've gotten the ok from the hubby :p We will start in New York and make our way down to Florida. If you have any suggestions feel free to let me know. It's quite interesting trying to organise this trip with two of us in different states and one in another country!

If you have any suggestions let me know! I'm also going to Melbourne next week. You can not believe how excited I am to go on a break. It will be amazing.

Hope you are all having a great week.

  4. Exactly the way we've been going last year. It's very nice to stop over in Virginia Beach after maybe doing NY, DC and Philly(?) to wash away the dust from the citys at the beach. Thereafter, Kennedy Space Center in FL is a must-see. The beaches around there were quite nice, too. We then headed west to Tampa and further down until reaching Miami. The west coast of FL was nice, too. You will have fun! :)

  8. I hope you're having a great time in Melbourne! I made a roadtrip in southeast US last year and I especially liked Washington DC and Colonial Williamsburg (if you're interested in history) on the eastcoast. I also liked Annapolis and Savannah :) and Key West in Florida is awesome too! Haha! :)

  12. Oh I hope this works out! A girls trip sounds like so much fun.

I absolutely love New York. My recommendations would be dedicate some time to spend in Central Park, maybe a lunch picnic or something, although November will be chilly... I loved the MoMa (Museum of Modern Art), and the museum of natural history. Shopping on 5th Avenue is something pretty exciting, so is a day trip to Brooklyn. And the Highline park which used to be a railroad and is now converted to an elevated park with amazing views of the city. I would also do some research about places to eat before you go because some are hidden...

I hope you have an amazing time!
