Advent 7-12 and Christmas Greetings

Hello lovelies. I hope you are having a great Christmas break. I just want to share the rest of my advent calendar items I received.
L-R: Day 7 - Filofax refills and an iTunes gift card, Day 8 - A Kikki.K notebook and another Crunchie, Day 9 - Giant pegs magnets (and Jason said he got the raw wooden ones in case I wanted to paint it)
L-R: Day 10 - A T2 tea tin and iTunes gift card, Day 11 - Another Kikki.K notebook and tiny Christmas pegs, Day 12 - A T2 tea strainer thing and another iTunes gift card

I really had fun opening each gift and watching Jason open his gifts. This is a tradition that we will definitely be doing each year.

1. My Christmas tree. The view from the floor
2. A few of my gift wrapping this year. I had no particular theme
3. I wrapped a gift like a bon bon

I tend to wrap each item separately and tie it all together with some ribbon. I was also in charge of making the bon bons for the table and to decorate the table for Christmas. Anyway, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Take care and have the most beautiful day.

On my day off

Hello lovelies. I'm sick today, so I'm not at work (or at home). I'm staying at my parents for a few days while Jason is off on a work trip.

I'm feeling really run down and don't have much energy. So it's time to relax, read and catch up on letters.

I forgot to post about this lovely gift Laura got me from her Europe trip a few months ago.

She got me a Paris print, post card and key chain. She also bought a travel journal (not from Europe) so I have somewhere to write my thoughts when Jason and I go to Europe. It was such a beautiful and thoughtful gift. I just adore her.

The end pages in the journal.

Pretty pictures inside.

These pages are just waiting to be written in, so hopefully Jason and I will be able to go to Europe next year sometime.

Have a great rest of week.

Baby Pearl Bracelet

Hello lovelies! It seems as though you all love pretty sparkly/glittery shoes. So I'm definitely keeping them in mind. I will see if I can even get those glitter TOMS here.

I received my gift for baby Layla-Rose in the mail yesterday. It is utterly adorable!

Her first pearl bracelet. It's tiny because she has a teeny wrist. (I measured it!) I bought this from Dutchpearl etsy shop.

To show how small it is! I can't wait for her to wear it.

My nephews Caeleb and Isaiah with their baby sister Layla-Rose. (In case you're wondering my oldest brother is divorced, hence why I don't call Layla my niece. And it's a bit too complicated to really get into all the family changes)

And just to show my friendship bracelet progress for the Friendship Bracelet project. Those four on the bottom were the first ones I made and decided to venture into using three colours. I'm really getting into it :)
