Just a minute in...December

Hello lovelies! It's December and time is just flying by! I've had a bit of a bad day. I dropped my iPhone and the screen is cracked badly. Sigh I really need a drop proof case. I've done this before but last time it was a blank white screen and that one had to get fixed properly. My brother can fix the glass.

My poor phone lol :(
And after the dropping incident I went running up the stairs at home and the pocket of my dress caught the end of the staircase banister and it completely ripped!

It's only an at home dress but still :(

Anyway.....it's time for Just a Minute in December....

Thinking... About all the wedding things we need to complete. There are a lot of details that need attention.

Putting... Together the wedding invites. We finally got them but they are taking ages to put together. Plus the printer didn't charge us for anything!! Huge Blessing (though I did spend a bit on the envies and other paper bits)

Praying... For sanity. I feel as though I'm losing my mind.

Wanting... A full body massage, a facial and a hair treatment...I just want pampering :)

Wishing... My room would clean itself.

Loving... The positivity I feel no matter how many things go wrong. Thank you God!

Hoping... For a beautiful wedding and that people remember my birthday afterwards lol (Feb 1st if you're wondering...it's my 25th!)

Thanking... God for all my wonderful friends and family. They help with so much and stop me from going crazy.

And this post needs to end with some Christmas images :)

Oh dear, poor phone! Hope you manage to get it fixed ok.

I agree with Micaela, you always seem to find something beautiful or peaceful within yourself even if you have had a really rubbish day.

Will you be on honeymoon for your birthday?
xx

Thanks!! :) I try to stay positive. Oh I can do is laugh as there is no point in getting upset over something that's already happened.

@ Cassie - Yeh it will be the last day of our Honeymoon for my birthday :)

Oh phones are so fickle! I realised the other day that I am on my 8th phone and I am only 21.
Keep up the positive attitude! x

aww, that does not sound fun for your phone and dress! :(

if it makes you feel any better:
i had a 2-year contract on a phone that i lost at disneyland only 5 months after getting it. so that irritated my parents. BUT THEN... my dad gave me his 2nd cell to use (he had 2, one for work and the other had a special plan to call the philippines), and i didn't know it didn't have text messaging. well lemme tell ya... at the time i and a certain boy were texting a lot... my phone bill was 400....... we usually pay just 80... :((((((((

That last tablescape is so lovely. I could go for a massage too lady. I hope you find some time to rest before the mayhem of the holidays hits you!

The Christmas images are lovely. And I love your little December minute thoughts...I might just copy that idea :) Bummer about your phone...my daughter somehow managed to crack the glass on her iTouch and they were basically going to charge us the price of a new one to fix it! We are trying to get our invites finalized in the next week or two so that I can get them and finally start to assemble them as well. I don't want to wait til the last minute so I can sympathize with your frustration. Hang in there!

I think- or believe- that it always happens that you get a bit of minor bad luck before your wedding...usually. If that makes sense...
