A big mess

Hello my lovely people. I hope you are having a great week. I feel like I have so much to do. Only 7 more days of work. I'm so excited about that.

This is part of the mess in the lounge room at the moment. It's a mixture of decorations and gifts for people. I took this photo on Saturday and it's all still sitting there.

I've finally sent out all my Christmas cards and mail which is a huge relief! Now I just have to....

♥ Figure out the lunch menu for Christmas day
♥ Make some Christmas crackers for Christmas Eve dinner (we're going to my bro and sis in law's house)
♥ Make some Christmas decorations - paper poufs, paper chains
♥ Order a Pavlova for Christmas dessert

I'm not going to list everything because that would be a bore (for you haha).

Do any of you feel a little overwhelmed at the moment? I think it's because work is quite busy and I'm just hanging for the Christmas break.

Have a great rest of week!

Haha, that mess is exactly what my house looks like too. I came home this afternoon, looked around and sighed. Our house looks like a rental that messy boys live in :/

You should try making pavlova! It's not hard!

Gracie I had to google pavlova, I've never heard of it but being dessert it sounds delicious!

Think of that mess as a pretty mess! :)

Absolutely, positively overwhelmed! Yes! I would give anything for 10 extra days before Christmas.

Good luck with everything on your to do list! I don't even know what pavlova is, so I wish you lots of luck in conquering that one! :)

You have some work to do there! Luckily this hectic holiday only comes once a year! I am fortunate enough that I do not host any of the get togethers so I can relax a bit!

Oh man, I'm hoping that you don't get too overwhelmed. It's great to have lots of things to do before the holiday break, because it makes that relaxing time between Christmas and NYE that much more special.

Oh Gracie, I can relate so well! Everything is SUCH A MESS for me right now. I'm behind on my Christmas cards, haven't finished shopping, and am in the middle of finals week at school. It's crazy! I hope things ease up for both of us so we can relax & enjoy the holiday. :)

Overwhelmed x a hundred. I'm so glad that others feel this way too. Tonight, I'm taking a one night only break before I have to tackle the rest of the school week.
